A modern villa, with super finish and equipment, renovated in 2002. The location is excellent , in a quiet neighbourhood, far away from the main street. The furniture is very modern, leather couchs are luxurious, and the terraces offer a beautiful view on the village. The host is a well known "ceteras' (traditional violin player); if you wish, he can teach you some of this art's secrets. The young family who will take care of your journey will delight you with very tasty food, prepared and presented with a real art. It is for sure you won't regret the choice you've made in spending a holiday in Covaciu's guesthouse in Maramures!  Places: 6 Access by car: Arriving on the DN 18 national road from Baia Mare to Sighetu Marmatiei, at the crossroad in the centre of the commune Vadu Izei, turn right to Moisei. At about 500m from the crossroad, before the bridge, turn left on a descending country road. The guesthouse is located at about 100m, in the first crossroad, on the left side on your left.

		- swimming and laying in the sun on the river shores     - hiking on the hills, over the pastures, gathering berries and mushrooms in the forests; horse-drawn carts tours     - visits to the local hand crafters: glass icon painter, wood carving, weaving etc.     - organising festive dinners and parties for groups up to 50 pers., with "ceterasi" (traditional local music players); teaching violin playing - "ceterasi music"     - visits to the "valtoare" - the local "ecological washing machine", the plum brandy (horinca) distiller; skiing (ski slope at 16kms far at Cavnic)     - visits in the zone: the Merry Cemetery in Sapanta, the wooden churches on Iza and Mara rivers valleys, the Village Museum in Sighetu Marmatiei etc.
