A new modern style building with luxury finishing, ended in September 2004. It is an ideal location for people wishing to discover Maramures without giving up the urban comfort. You may really label it a "luxury villa": modern tiled floor, bathroom with corner tub, spotlights valuing the indoor architecture etc.
But the general environment is a rural authentic one. From the rooms at the floor, you can admire the hills full of woods with pin tree, the grassland next to the house, grape arbour, the spire of the church - emblem of the region. Being so far away from the main road, the only noise that anybody can hear, is the song of the birds and the wind.

Access by car: arriving from Sacel to Vadu Izei on the DJ118C road, from the centre of Rozavlea commune, pass near the Town Hall (the Town Hall is on the left side of the road), continue about 100m and then turn left on a country road, between the sports hall and the CEC (saving Bank). Continue about 200m on the country road and, at the crossroad, turn left and continue about 300m; the guesthouse is at the first crossroad, on the left side of the country road.

A C T I V I T I E S

	- barbecue and bonfire; football at the near-by ground
	- bathing and fishing in the Iza river (about 100m far from the guesthouse)
	- organising festive dinners for groups (20-40pers.)
	- discover the farm's activities, visits at alembic and taste plum brandy ("tzuica")
	- rides in a horse-drawn cart or sledge
	- visits in the zone: the Merry Cemetery in Sapanta, the wooden churches from Iza and Mara Valleys
